Answers to What You Ask About Our Terms

We've gathered the questions we hear most about how these terms affect your account, your payments and your rights as a user of dewi 500. Each answer is written to be clear and actionable so you know exactly where you stand.

Contact support within 30 days of the withdrawal with your account number and transaction ID. We'll check your account logs and payment processor records to confirm the withdrawal was initiated by you. If you believe it was fraudulent, we'll file a chargeback request with your payment provider and investigate within 48 hours.

Yes. Go to your Account > Payment Methods and add or remove DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank transfer details as needed. Any existing withdrawal requests will complete using the method on file when the request was made. New deposits or withdrawals will use whichever method you've set as active.

Verification usually completes within 15 minutes of you submitting your identity document. In some cases it may take up to 2 hours if our team needs to review additional details. You'll receive an email notification once verification is complete and your account is active for deposits and play.

We keep your name, email, phone number, payment details and account history for the duration of your account plus 7 years for tax and dispute purposes where law requires. After you close your account, contact [email protected] to request deletion. We'll erase your data within 14 days except where we're required to keep records for regulatory compliance.

These terms apply to your account on any device. When you log in via mobile, desktop or our app, the same account rules, payment verification and security measures are active. Your login credentials, Deposit references and withdrawal rules remain the same across all platforms.

Withdrawal limits depend on your account age and transaction history. Your Account > Withdrawals page shows your current daily and monthly limits. First-time withdrawal requests are limited to match your total deposits made in the past 30 days. After your first verified withdrawal clears, we may raise your limits — check your limit status in Settings.

When you close your account, any balance still in your wallet is frozen. You can request a final withdrawal of that balance, which we'll process within 2 business days after closure confirmation. After 90 days, unclaimed balances are forfeited to comply with local financial regulations.
